More and more cities and states in the United States are replacing celebrations of Columbus Day with Indigenous Peoples’ Day. Today’s workout takes as its starting point the rich diversity of Native peoples in the Americas and the challenges they face to their sovereignty and ways of life after more than five centuries of colonization that continues to this day.
