It’s been a busy first week for the Biden Administration. A flurry of nominations and executive orders have halted construction of the Keystone XL pipeline and tackled the climate crisis, as well as nominating the most diverse cabinet in American history. As always, there is work left to be done pushing the new administration to stick to their commitments, so let’s get to work!

At long last, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are the president and vice president, and Raphael Warnock, Jon Ossoff, and Alex Padilla have been sworn into the Senate, meaning Democrats now control the House and Senate. But as Senator Elizabeth Warren said, now it’s time to deliver by tackling the crises America is facing. Already, we have rejoined the WHO and the Paris Climate Accords. The first 100 days will set the tone for the next four years, so let’s get to work!
