One Week To Go

The last few weeks have been full of grief for many of us. An administration bent on harming trans people, a man who tried to kill many with mail bombs, a shooting at a supermarket in Louisville and another at a synagogue in Pennsylvania...there is lots to grieve, and lots to organize and fight for. We need to break unified Republican control of Congress and elect progressive governors, state legislators, and city council members. And early signs are encouraging. Let’s make it happen.

Serious about the Senate

We have a tough fight ahead of us to take back the Senate next month: it won’t be easy. Unlike the House, only 35 out of 100 senators are up for election this year, and many more Democrats than Republicans are up for re-election this time around. It is an uphill struggle, but one worth fighting for, and some “safe” seats, like Ted Cruz’s in Texas, are far more competitive than the GOP would like.
