We are in an election year! All of the House of Representatives, 33 US Senators, 36 Governors, and numerous state and local offices are up for the vote in November, with many primary elections coming up before then, starting this month. This issue will focus on voter registration, the first step in turning resistance into electoral change.

The DACA Cliffhanger

Monday was a significant day for recipients of DACA status: it was the day the Trump administration originally said the program would end. DACA status isn’t going away for everybody all at once (more on that in our 30-minute workout), and recent court cases have lightened the blow by allowing people who already had DACA status to continue renewing it. What doesn’t change is that we’ve made life unnecessarily hard for DACA recipients and their families. Let’s take care of our communities today.
