But the difficulties of a career as a server, bartender, or other tipped worker go beyond unstable profits and irregular work hours. One of the country’s fastest-growing industries, hospitality is notorious for sexual harassment. 90% of female tipped workers report incidents of harassment from management, coworkers and/or customers; over half report enduring harassment at least weekly. Support workers in tipped industries by fighting harassment, protecting workers’ right to earnings, and making minimum wage a living wage.
